Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. IBX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
